Welcome to dnatravel.io (the "Website", “DNA Travel Platform”, “Platform”), owned and operated by DNA Travel LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects travel agents and travel agencies with travel services or products. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Website or use our services. Our platform is intended exclusively for professional travel agents and agencies seeking to make bookings for their end customers, and we act solely as a technology and inventory provider.
Specific travel services or products (hereinafter referred to as "products/services") are provided by service providers. The Platform provides a booking platform through its website. If you access, book, or use products/services on this website or other mobile applications or software providing DNA Travel booking services, it is deemed that you have accepted the "Terms and Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Before confirming your registration as a user (hereinafter referred to as "client" or "user"), please carefully read and fully understand the relevant terms of the contract, especially the bolded sections below. If you do not agree with any of the following content, please immediately stop accessing the Platform or using any products/services provided by the Platform.
Please read carefully these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which may be found at and other rules that have been or may be published by the DNA Travel Platform, including but not limited to disclaimers, privacy policy, Cookies Agreements, personal information authorization statements, product booking terms/booking notices, and other agreements ("Other Terms"). We reserve the right to recover the cost of services, collection charges and lawyer’s fees from persons using the Platform fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Platform and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions
Use of this Platform constitutes your consent to, and agreement to, abide by the most current version of these terms and conditions. We may at any time revise these terms and conditions by updating the Terms on our Platform. You agree to be bound by subsequent revisions and agree to review the Terms periodically for changes to the terms and conditions. The most up to date version of the Terms will always be available for your review under the "Terms and Conditions" link that appears at the bottom of the Platform.
INTERPRETATION
The official language of these terms shall be English.
The headings and sub-headings are merely for convenience purposes and shall not be used for interpretation.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, and your use must comply with all applicable laws. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited unless supervised by a parent or guardian. Unauthorized use or access is forbidden, and the Platform reserves the right to terminate access for violations of this policy or for previously banned users without explicit written authorization.
By using the Platform, you confirm you are 18 or older, have the legal right and capacity to agree to these terms, and if representing an entity, have the authority to bind it to this Agreement. Access may be restricted or eligibility criteria changed at our sole discretion. In case of conflict, these terms override any prior agreements unless specified otherwise for certain services.
REGISTRATION
Users must create an account with accurate, truthful information and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, including updating any changes to your personal details promptly. Use a strong password, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.
Do not create false accounts, impersonate others, use offensive usernames, or provide misleading information during registration. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or reclamation of accounts. Suspended or inactive accounts may be canceled at the Platform's discretion.
One individual is allowed only one account. Ensure your actions comply with local laws, taxes, and the Platform's policies. The Platform reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or modify policies at any time.
SERVICES:
The Platform provides travel agents and agencies with a comprehensive booking system to access travel products including but not limited to hotels, guesthouses, car rentals, serviced apartments, and other accommodations at wholesale rates. By making a booking through our Platform, you agree to secure these travel products at the listed prices and comply with all conditions specified on the Platform. When the Platform accepts your booking and displays a confirmation prompt, a binding contract is formed between parties, indicating the travel product supplier has confirmed your reservation. We reserve the right to decline bookings under certain circumstances as outlined in our full terms.
We publish travel product information based on data provided by our suppliers, including global hotel chains and other travel inventory partners. The Platform facilitates booking connections between professional travel agents and accommodation providers, with the actual accommodation services delivered by the hotels themselves. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accurate information, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, authenticity, or timeliness of all content displayed on our Platform. Market fluctuations or environmental changes may occasionally render published information outdated. Should any issues arise, our dedicated support team at support@dnatravel.io will provide assistance and serve as intermediary between you and the product supplier.
We occasionally cancel or refuse bookings on the grounds of "obvious errors," regardless of the cause of the error. For clarity, an obvious error refers to an error that a reasonable person would not expect to appear on the Website (e.g., regarding price). In such cases, we will refund the fees received to the client. The Platform has full discretion to decide whether to cancel or refuse a booking for this reason.
Please note that we may refuse suspicious group bookings, as most travel product suppliers have special procedures for group bookings. For more information, please contact our client service team.
Ongoing renovations, travel product booking errors, and individual customer needs may affect the quality of your stay or travel. Please ensure that you inform the travel product supplier directly of your specific needs and requirements during check-in or travel.
STAR RATINGS:
The star ratings of travel product suppliers are for your reference only. The star ratings are based on information provided by suppliers, including travel product suppliers, and we do not independently verify the star ratings, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the star ratings of travel product suppliers. For more specific information, please check the specific content on the Website. Please note that location, available options, local market conditions, practices, or other circumstances can greatly affect star ratings. Therefore, the same star rating may feel different in different countries or cities. Star ratings do not necessarily reflect all the facilities or services provided by travel product suppliers, and not all travel product suppliers with the same star rating have the same facilities or services. If you value specific facilities or services, please contact our customer service to inquire whether the travel product supplier has these facilities or services.
PRICING TERMS:
- We are committed to providing the most competitive wholesale rates for travel products through the Platform, enabling travel agents and agencies to secure accommodations at advantageous pricing for their end customers.
- Users are hereby notified that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices displayed on the Platform are applicable to the specified check-in or travel dates and the number of persons staying or traveling. The Platform displays the total booking price, which may be expanded to view itemized price details. Unless otherwise specified, the booking prices displayed on the Platform include taxes and Platform service fees but expressly exclude any type of insurance coverage.
- Without limiting the foregoing, the comprehensive total price will be displayed prior to order confirmation on the final booking page. Users are strongly advised to carefully review each step of the booking process; users retain the right to terminate the booking at any time before submission of final confirmation. For cancellation of successfully booked orders, please refer to the cancellation policies set forth herein. The Platform (beneath travel product supplier information or preceding final booking confirmation) shall enumerate all relevant price details. In the event of uncertainty regarding inclusion of specific items in the booking price, users may contact the travel product supplier directly or our customer service team at support@dnatravel.io
- For hotel accommodations, unless explicitly stated to the contrary, resort fees and other mandatory charges, as well as certain local city taxes, tourist taxes, or occupancy taxes (where applicable) that require direct payment by the end customer are generally not included in the accommodation fee. For comprehensive details, please consult the specific hotel description or policy documentation. Standard hotel accommodations are designed for one or two occupants. Additional bedding requirements will incur supplementary charges. Absent prior notification, hotels reserve the right to refuse service to additional persons.
- Users are hereby advised that hotels may impose mandatory additional "resort fees" (or comparable charges) for certain services, which are expressly not included in the booking price. Hotels in particular jurisdictions may directly assess energy surcharges, baggage handling fees, newspaper delivery fees, in-room security fees, sightseeing fees, or room service fees. We cannot prevent or control the imposition of such fees by hotels. The booking price generally excludes optional additional fees and personal consumption expenses, including but not limited to: parking fees, minibar charges, telephone usage, room service, food and beverage costs, banquet charges, movie rental fees, and internet access fees.
- During designated peak seasons, certain hotels may impose mandatory banquet fees (e.g., New Year, Christmas, Spring Festival, etc.). Some local governmental authorities may require hotels to directly collect local bed taxes, city taxes, or may issue directives mandating additional taxation to be collected directly from clients. Where such fees exist, payment shall be made directly to the hotel upon checkout. The aforementioned fees will not be incorporated into the booking price but will be itemized in the booking documentation. Users should carefully review the "Hotel Information," "Booking Conditions," "Cancellation Policy," or analogous provisions on the Platform.
- For air transportation bookings, unless otherwise stipulated, the booking price excludes the following: fees for excess baggage, pet transportation, special item consignment, supplementary meals, in-flight WiFi connectivity, online check-in and seat reservation services, cabin class upgrades, or charges incurred due to passenger information corrections necessitated by inaccuracies in information provided by the passenger. Users must carefully review the "Ticket Refund and Change Rules," "Baggage Allowance," or similar provisions on Platform prior to finalizing any booking.
- Certain hotels or airlines may require payment of hotel transportation service fees or airport transfer service fees in addition to the base booking price. Users acknowledge that we do not provide any transportation services whatsoever. Such services are typically arranged or provided directly by hotels or airlines, not by us. We expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for the quality, safety, frequency, or service level of such transportation services.
- To facilitate transactions between users and hotels or airlines, the booking prices displayed on the Platform incorporate basic taxes and service fees. These fees are collected by us on behalf of hotels or airlines, including but not limited to: use taxes, occupancy taxes, room taxes, consumption taxes, value-added taxes, airport construction fees, fuel surcharges, and/or other similar taxes or fees. In certain jurisdictions, the tax amount may include government-imposed service fees or other charges not directly remitted to tax authorities but collected by hotels or airlines in accordance with applicable law.
- For Car Rentals, the User will be subject to the Provider's (the car rental company's) terms with respect to your car rental. You are recommended to check these terms before completing the Booking. We shall have no liability in relation thereto. The User shall acknowledge that the Providers may ask for a valid driver license or international driver license and other documentation. In addition, a credit card authorization for security is usually needed.
- The Platform is neither a seller of hotel accommodations or airline services, nor a direct service provider. Except under specific circumstances described herein, the Platform does not collect taxes on behalf of tax authorities. Hotel or airline suppliers, as sellers, charge us according to all applicable taxes, and Platform remits these amounts directly to the sellers. Platform is not in partnership with these sellers; we solely book or arrange travel accommodations for travel professionals serving their end customers. Tax capacity, special purpose designations, tax rates, and tax types vary by jurisdiction.
- As previously noted, certain municipalities or governmental entities impose additional taxes and fees and require local travel product suppliers to collect these amounts.
- All related fees are collected by the actual service provider of the booking. For information regarding invoice issuance methodology (whether issued by the service provider, hotel front desk, etc.), please consult the relevant product/service display on the Platform.
- Travel professionals who book travel products through the Platform’s system are entitled to our comprehensive booking guarantee. Specifically: Following successful booking completion, if upon check-in at the hotel (after printing the hotel check-in voucher) or at the airport (after obtaining the ticket number issued by the airline through us) the booked room/flight is unavailable or the booking is not accepted by the hotel/airline, the user must immediately contact our customer service center.
- Our customer service specialists will promptly arrange, at no additional charge, accommodations of equivalent standard at a conveniently located hotel of the same classification for hotel bookings, or for airline bookings, a complimentary flight of the same class within 24 hours of the original scheduled departure time, including reasonable and necessary accommodations at the original departure and transit locations.
- The accommodation standard for airline-related issues shall be: five-star hotel for first-class passengers (including first-class suites and other cabin services designated as "First"), four-star hotel for business-class passengers, and three-star hotel for economy-class passengers (including premium economy class and other cabin services designated as "Economy" or "Coach"). In locations where formal hotel industry star ratings are not established, we shall make appropriate arrangements at its sole discretion.
- Unless we explicitly authorize users to make independent arrangements, all alternative travel products must be selected and booked directly by us; failure to adhere to this requirement will nullify any compensation liability on the part of Platform.
- In the event that a user does not accept the alternative travel products arranged by us, we will refund the full amount of the booking fee paid by the user.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- By making a booking through our Website, you accept and agree to the relevant booking conditions of the travel product supplier (including cancellation, changes, or no-show applicable to the booking), as well as any additional (delivery) conditions of the travel product supplier applicable during your booking or travel period, including the services or products provided by the travel product supplier (additional conditions can be obtained from the corresponding travel product supplier). The travel product supplier's cancellation policy, change policy, no-show policy, or change policy can be viewed on the travel product supplier information page or under "Booking Conditions," "Cancellation Policy," or similar provisions on this Website. Please note that according to the aforementioned policies, you may need to pay corresponding fees for canceling a booking. We recommend that you carefully read the travel product supplier's cancellation policy, change policy, no-show policy, or change policy before booking. Please thoroughly review the cancellation policy, change policy, no-show policy, or change policy before making a reservation.
- If you are booking a hotel, any cancellation request made after the latest cancellation date specified in the booking (including the latest cancellation date) will require payment of at least one night or more as a cancellation fee. Additionally, failure to arrive at the hotel on the check-in date of the order will be treated as a cancellation, and at least one night or more will be charged as a cancellation fee for each room. Unless otherwise notified in advance, the cancellation policy at the time of booking will apply.
- If you are booking a flight, please refer to the refund, change, and transfer rules clearly stated on our Website at the time of booking. Except for impacts caused by force majeure, we will follow these rules for subsequent services and charge corresponding service fees. Unless otherwise notified in advance, the change and refund policy at the time of booking will apply.
- If any modifications or cancellations (partial or full) to the order are required, they must be made directly through our system, not by contacting the travel product supplier directly. Fees arising from modifications will be recharged to the customer by our system. Some travel products cannot be modified once successfully booked, and any losses resulting from this will be borne by the client. If you have any questions or concerns before or during your stay/travel, please contact our client service team directly.
- Special Requests: If you have any special requirements (e.g., wheelchair accessibility), you should contact customer service or the hotel/airline directly to confirm that these requests can be accommodated. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.
- We have arranged a 24-hour customer service center to resolve issues for customers and promise to follow the following deadlines if the hotel cannot locate your booking or is overbooked.
- Upon check-in, we will provide a solution within one hour of receiving the call.
- We will reconfirm the booking with the original hotel or arrange another hotel. If the customer cancels or rebooks before we provide the final solution, we will not bear any price difference or compensation.
- In the event of overbooking, if the upgraded room type at the original hotel is unavailable, a hotel of the same or higher star rating will be provided as an alternative. We will provide up to two relocation options to the customer's designated email address or contact. Please note that star ratings are based on data agreed upon with our partners.
- Once the guest accepts the alternative hotel, please notify us immediately to confirm the new booking. Once the relocation is accepted, the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If the guest does not accept the relocation, the customer is obligated to provide an invoice or voucher from the hotel as proof to apply for compensation.
- Compensation Standards for Overbooking

Non-Compensable Scenarios:- If we successfully provide the customer with a hotel of the same or higher star rating within a 3-kilometer radius, but the customer declines the offer, they may cancel free of charge without compensation.
- Compensation claims will only be processed after check-out. All supporting documents must be submitted within 1 month after check-out. Failure to submit within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the claim. Valid invoice/documentation must include:
- Guest name, booking amount and currency, new hotel name, new booking ID/confirmation number, and new room type.
- The hotel’s city, guest name, and check-in dates must match the original booking.
- Failure to Notify Us Immediately: If the customer does not contact us promptly regarding booking issues and makes independent arrangements, they will forfeit the “Service Guarantee” benefit. No compensation will be provided, and we assume no responsibility for any costs incurred (including but not limited to bookings involving malicious purchasing practices).
- We do not accept splitting group reservations into multiple individual bookings. If such splitting leads to hotel actions (e.g., additional charges at check-in, cancellation of related bookings, or last-minute hotel changes), we assume no responsibility.
- If the customer violates Dida global hotel distribution policies (e.g., listing on unauthorized OTAs such as Ctrip, Qunar, Elong, or Meituan), we reserve the right to cancel the booking, deduct the full room charge, deny compensation, and pursue further actions per hotel policies.
- If we or the hotel confirm that a guest has made duplicate reservations, the booking may be cancelled without compensation.
- Check in by the hotel’s stated latest check-in time. If no time is specified, check in by 22:00 on the first night. Failure to check in on time without prior notice may result in full cancellation of your booking without refund or compensation.

- Amendments such as the number of guests, guest names, number of rooms, breakfast, length of stay, etc., can be divided into the following situations. We do not guarantee any results for amendments.
- Before the cancellation deadline, customers may cancel and rebook as they wish.
- After the cancellation deadline, any amendments or cancellations will incur a full penalty fee according to the policy.
- Special bookings due to force majeure events should be negotiated and resolved promptly by both parties.
- Guests are advised to first confirm any doubts about their hotel stay (room type, breakfast, etc.) with the hotel. If guests are still unsatisfied with the hotel's response, we will provide further assistance. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.
- Bookings will be processed according to the cancellation policy displayed to the customer. Special requests for non-refundable bookings will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee any fee waivers.
- Please note that any terms negotiated directly between the customer or guest and the hotel without our involvement and prior notice may not be considered final.
- Fee waivers for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will actively coordinate with the customer but cannot guarantee any results for special exceptions.
- In any event, we must be informed of all post-travel complaints within 30 days after the check-out date.
- If guests are overcharged by the hotel for our booking, please contact us immediately. Providing proof such as bills or credit card statements will help us appeal to the hotel. We will attempt to recover the additional charges for the customer, but this depends on the progress of the hotel and the bank. Typically, domestic remittances may take 7 to 14 business days, and international remittances may take 30 business days.
- As we are not the ultimate service provider, we are not responsible for any fraudulent bookings. Requests for cancellation fee waivers will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision made by the hotel. We will actively coordinate with the customer but cannot guarantee any results for special exceptions.
- In some special situations that are clearly beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to find the best solution for the customer based on our capabilities.
- If a hotel is closed or temporarily closed due to renovations, affecting the stay dates, services, or customer experience, we will provide an alternative hotel according to the relocation policy. If the customer declines the alternative offered by us, the booking will be cancelled and fully refunded without any compensation. The customer is welcome to suggest an alternative that meets our conditions, but please note that we will not cover any additional costs for the new booking.
- Force Majeure. In the event of a severe weather advisory or force majeure affecting a certain region, we may agree to a blanket waiver, including the waiver of any/all cancellation penalties for bookings in the affected region during the valid dates. All weather advisories and force majeure events will be communicated via email.
VISA REQUIREMENT:
- We would like to draw your attention to the significant safety risks associated with traveling to certain destinations. Please review travel bans, warnings, announcements, and recommendations issued by the government or local embassies and consulates before booking your trip, especially for international travel.
- Our system displays hotel information for specific locations, but this does not imply a recommendation to travel to these places or that there are no risks involved. We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred from traveling to these destinations, nor are we liable for any accidents that may occur during your stay at the hotel or while traveling. It is strongly advised that you check the relevant travel announcements issued by the government of the country you plan to visit and take necessary precautions. Additionally, it is recommended that you purchase personal travel insurance.
- It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents. We are not responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to carry the required passport, visa, or documents. It is suggested that you verify with the relevant country's embassy and/or visa department.
- Please note that some countries have strict regulations on restricted or prohibited imports. These items include, but are not limited to, alcohol, tobacco, perfumes, medications, books, films, CDs, adult entertainment materials, food, plants, and animal products. Please verify and comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS/REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES BY USERS:
- Our Platform reserves the right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against users who file invalid or false claims or provide misleading information. Such users may face suspension, blocking, or cancellation of their user ID and disqualification from the Platform. Filing fraudulent complaints with the intent to deceive, defraud, or cause harm constitutes a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Users acknowledge that they access services and transact on the Platform at their own risk, using their best judgment. Users must not tamper with, misuse, or allow third parties to interfere with Platform Devices. The Platform bears no liability for delays or losses arising from services provided.
USERS AGREE AND CONFIRM:
- Users agree to use the Platform and its services lawfully, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You must provide true and authentic information when requested, and we reserve the right to verify such details. If any information provided is found to be false or misleading, we may reject your registration or bar you from accessing the Platform and its affiliated services without prior notice. Users access and use the Platform at your own risk, exercising your best judgment when transacting or entering into dealings.
- Users agree not to alter, damage, or delete content that is not your own, interfere with others' access to the Platform, or falsely represent associations or relationships. The Platform is not responsible for offensive or unauthorized content posted by others, nor for the misuse of personal information service providers publicly share. Please carefully consider what service providers disclose on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify its business model and may charge for services in the future, with prior notice through updates to the User Agreement.
- Users promise not to use the products/services of the DNA Travel platform for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviours:
- Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others’ lawful rights; containing false, harmful, coercive content, invading others’ privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgarity, indecency, or other morally objectionable material;
- Inducing minors to imitate unsafe behaviours, violate social ethics, or develop harmful habits;
- Violating other content restrictions or prohibitions under applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or any legally binding norms;
- Unauthorized access to computer information networks, illegally obtaining or using network resources;
- Unauthorized deletion, modification, or alteration of computer network functions;
- Unauthorized deletion, modification, or tampering with data or applications stored, processed, or transmitted within computer networks;
- Intentionally creating or disseminating destructive programs (e.g., computer viruses) or other acts endangering network security;
- Commercial exploitation of any data from the Platform without prior written consent using web crawlers, copying, disseminating, or otherwise extracting/utilizing Platform data;
- Engaging in illegal activities such as money laundering, trade secret theft, personal information theft, cash-out fraud, or impersonating us to spread false/fraudulent information;
- Interfering with normal Platform operations or transactions via devices, software, scripts, or actions that impose unreasonable data loads on network infrastructure;
- Unfair competitive acts (e.g., false transactions, malicious orders) that violate good faith principles or disrupt transaction integrity;
- Non-transactional activities, such as unauthorized advertising (unless expressly permitted by DNA Travel);
- Posting content that infringes DNA Travel’s or others’ legal rights, violates laws/regulations or breaches this agreement.
Consequences:
- Any such acts constitute material breach of this agreement.
- Platform reserves the right to, without prior notice:
- Delete violative content.
- Suspend or terminate your access to products/services.
- You bear legal liability for your actions on the Platform.
- Evidence of illegal activities (e.g., violations of laws or public order) may be reported to relevant authorities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform (excluding postings/content provided by the users) is and will remain the exclusive property of DNA Travel LLC and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States of America. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the name of the Platform or Platform’s trademark or logo, or any other trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features relating to the Platform or located on the Platform.
INDEMNITY:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless our Platform, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from their actions, inactions, or breach of this Agreement, including violations of laws or third-party rights. This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.
TERMINATION/SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT:
We may suspend, cancel, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice. In such cases, the restrictions on downloaded materials and disclaimers of liability will still apply. We may close or limit your account if you breach this Agreement, violate legal obligations, engage in fraudulent activities, fail to verify your account, or for risk management purposes. If your account is closed due to your breach, you may be liable for fees. You will have no claims against us for any suspension or termination of your account.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America without regard to its choice of law principles.
The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts sitting in the state of Wyoming, the United States of America.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES:
In the interest of resolving disputes between you and us in the most expedient and cost-effective manner, you and we agree that any and all disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and can be subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. Our agreement to arbitrate disputes includes, but is not limited to, all claims arising out of or relating to any aspect of the Terms, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether the claims arise during or after the termination of the Terms. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THE TERMS, YOU AND WE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
The venue for arbitration shall be in the State of New York.
The language used in Arbitration shall be English and the award of the arbitration shall be binding on both, you and us.
DISCLAIMER:
- The Platform and its services are provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind, and all risks associated with its use rest solely with the user. We do not warrant that the Platform or services will meet your requirements, function uninterrupted, or be error-free, nor do we guarantee the correction of any defects in the software. Users access the Platform and services at their own discretion and risk, and we bear no responsibility for any resulting damage or loss. No advice or information, oral or written, obtained through the Platform shall create any warranty not explicitly stated. Furthermore, this Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the Parties. We disclaim responsibility for the actions or omissions of Service Providers, who do not represent or bind us in any capacity.
- We do not, in any manner (directly or indirectly, independently or in association with any party), own, manage, operate, or control travel product suppliers or the travel products they provide. Customers who successfully book through the Platform will receive travel products or related services directly from our Travel’s suppliers.
- We shall not be liable for any failures, damages, or losses arising from:
- Server errors, misdirected transmissions, network connection failures, booking transmission/reception interruptions, computer viruses, or technical defects (whether human or technical);
- Loss or theft of your account (you assume full responsibility for account management and security).
- Flight Booking Obligations: You warrant that all information provided for flight bookings (e.g., passenger name, date of birth, valid ID, contact details) is accurate, complete, and lawful. DNA Travel disclaims liability for losses caused by inaccurate or fraudulent information, including denied boarding or correction fees.
- You bear sole responsibility for transaction legality. DNA Travel reserves the right to refuse misuse of airline fares, GDS systems, or related equipment.
- Enforcement Under IATA BSP/ARC Rules. Airlines may issue Agent Debit Memos (ADMs) within 13 months post-ticketing for non-compliant sales practices (e.g., GDS misuse, ticket splitting, no-show flights). If such violations are attributable to your account:
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access;
- Platform retains full recourse to recover direct/indirect losses from you.
- Flight Reservation Terms:
- Orders are held for 30 minutes post-creation. Failure to pay within this period permits us to cancel the booking. Extensions may be requested but are not guaranteed.
- Final pricing is subject to airline adjustments (e.g., fare/seat availability). We may cancel orders within 4 hours of airline notifications regarding fare errors, without liability.
- Duplicate bookings for the same passenger/itinerary via third-party platforms may result in airline cancellations. Platform disclaims liability for such losses.
PRIVACY:
We respect the privacy of our users and take all possible measures to protect them. Our Privacy Policy has all the practices, measures, and steps we have to protect your privacy.
SECURITY:
We have employed the highest possible security measures to protect your data which is stored with us. While we take all possible measures, you must immediately notify us at support@dnatravel.io upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access, any illegal online activity or any other security breach pertaining to the Platform, your Account or our Services and do everything under your control to mitigate the unauthorized access or security breach (including providing us the evidence and notifying appropriate authorities). You are solely responsible for securing your password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access of your account resulting from your failure to secure your password.
NOTICES:
Any notices must be given to us at support@dnatravel.io.
In your case, we will send you any notice at your provided email address (either during the registration process or when your email address changes). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to us. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing.
NO GUARANTEES:
Our Platform reserves the right to modify or terminate the Platform’s service for any reason, without notice, at any time. We also reserve the right to sell, alter, transfer or delegate our rights under this agreement to anyone without any prior notice to you. Our Platform does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, and operation of the Platform may be interfered with by numerous factors outside our control.

Links to third party Platforms on this Platform are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, a new browser will be launched to access the linked Platforms and Platforms. We have not reviewed these third party Platforms or Platforms and do not control and are not responsible for any of these Platforms or their content and their privacy policy, and terms and conditions. We do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party Platforms linked to this Platform, you do this entirely at your own risk.
NO WAIVER IMPLIED:
The failure of us to enforce at any time any of the provisions of these Agreement, or the failure to require at any time performance by you of any of the provisions of these provisions, shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provisions, nor in any way affect our right to enforce each and every such provision thereafter. The express waiver by us of any provision, condition, or requirement of these provisions shall not constitute a waiver of any future obligation to comply with such provision, condition or requirement.
SEVERABILITY:
Each Term shall be deemed to be severable. If any Term or portion thereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other Term.
ASSIGNMENT:
You will not assign any rights or delegate any obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without obtaining our prior written consent, which may be withheld in our sole discretion.
We may assign our rights and delegate any of our obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent. Any assignment or delegation in violation of the foregoing will be null and void. These Terms will be binding and inure to the benefit of each party’s permitted successors and assigns.
FORCE MAJEURE:
In no event shall we be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of obligations hereunder in these Terms arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications, computer hacking, malicious damage or computer (software and hardware) services.
MODIFICATION:
The Terms and Conditions cannot be modified on an individual basis by any person affiliated, or claiming affiliation, with us. Nothing in this section will prevent us from modifying the terms of these Terms and Conditions and posting such modifications on our Platform. We reserve the right, in our sole and exclusive discretion, to revise these terms and conditions at any time. All revisions shall be posted on this page. Since you are bound by all revisions made by us, you should review this page each time you connect to our Platform. It is important that you fully read and understand the terms and conditions you are agreeing to be bound by, when you use this Platform.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
The Agreement, in connection with the other obligations, policies and rules detailed in writing on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform.
SEPARATE AGREEMENT:
If you enter into a separate agreement or arrangement with DNA Travel regarding a transaction, and such agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement shall prevail.
